Air cleaner
The air purification unit is built into a modern healthy space, creating a clean breathing environment. The air purifier is integrated with a UV-LED photocatalytic sterilization system, which efficiently inactivates 99.9% of pathogenic microorganisms in the air.
The sterilization principle of ultraviolet light (especially 265nm ultraviolet light) is to use its high energy to destroy the DNA structure of bacteria and viruses, making them unable to reproduce and dying or inactivated. It is an efficient and chemical residue free physical sterilization method, which is more environmentally friendly, safe, energy-saving, and flexible compared to traditional mercury lamps.

UV printing
UV ink is irradiated by a UV curing machine, instantly cured, and printed and cured simultaneously, improving product production efficiency and quality. It is more energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and efficient than traditional printing techniques
UV curing is a rapid process that uses ultraviolet (UV) radiation to instantly cure or dry liquid materials such as ink, coatings, adhesives, etc. When a UV light source (traditional mercury lamp or UV-LED) emits light of a specific wavelength and shines on the ink, the ink containing a photoinitiator will absorb the light energy to trigger polymerization and cross-linking reactions. This reaction proceeds rapidly like a domino, transforming the liquid material into a sturdy solid network structure in just a few seconds or even milliseconds.

3D Stereolithography Printing
The 3D photopolymerization printer uses high-precision UV-LED light source to selectively irradiate liquid photosensitive resin, completing the photopolymerization reaction of the resin in milliseconds, ensuring that each layer of cross-section is immediately cured and shaped.
UV-LED emits single wavelength (monochromatic light) ultraviolet light, and its peak wavelength (such as 405nm) can accurately match the absorption peak of the photoinitiator in the photosensitive resin, thereby achieving high energy utilization and the fastest curing speed. At the same time, UV-LED serves as a cold light source with low heat generation, avoiding problems such as deformation of the model structure caused by overheating during the printing process, ensuring the structural stability and detail performance of the printed model.
